2023 Vendor Application

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Beekeepers, Purveyors of honey based food and beverage products, Artisans and Makers of bee inspired goods, Organizations that support Bees, Pollinators and Conservation, Educators, Bee Clubs and Gardeners. This is a general guideline, if you feel you’re a good fit please apply! We welcome all applications and each is considered carefully.

PRODUCTS WE LOVE

Raw honey, beeswax candles, honey based foods and beverages, wellness, natural and handmade products, beekeeping supplies, flowers, home goods, pottery and bee inspired goods. This is a general guideline, if you feel you’re product fits or is related please apply! We welcome all applications and each is considered carefully.

APPLICATION TERMS

Payment in full for accepted applications is due within 30 days of approval. Payment reserves and confirms your space for the festival. Your space is not fully confirmed until payment in full is received by the Narrowsburg Honeybee Fest. This is a rain or shine event, all payments are non-refundable.

Vendor hours are from 11am-5pm the day of the festival. A designated area within the vendor market will be assigned prior to arrival and set up times are from 9:00am-10:30am. Please bring your own tents and table(s) and be sure they will fit within a 10’ x 10’ space. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down. If selling food items, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permits and licenses to operate your business. All funds go towards promotion and various other expenses associated with producing this not-for-profit community event.
